The principle musicians on the recording of 12 songs are David Kincaid (vocals, guitar, banjo, mandolin, bodhran), Lix Knowles (fiddle), Jerry O'Sullivan (uilleann pipes, tin whistle), nd John Whelan (accordian).

The CD includes a 35-page booklet with lyrics, Civil War graphics, and a history written by noted Irish Brigade historian Joseph G. Bilby.
